We can simplify the process of home clearing, and minimize the stress of handling the estate of a loved one. We are experienced and Certified Professional Organizers that will provide a swift and effective turnaround of your estate.
Who We Are
Bay Area Clear Estates is a partnership of premiere professional organizing services in the California Bay Area. We provide organizing and home clearing services in order to alleviate stress and exhaustion. In partnership with local and online auction houses, we manage sales and auctions to maximize your return. Auctions typically cover the cost of clearing a home.

How does the online auction work?
Plan and Organize
We begin by creating a project plan aligned with your timeline. Together, we review item resale potential and determine what should be removed in advance. We then coordinate arrangements to prepare the property for a seamless and efficient online auction process.
Preparation
Once your valued items have been removed, we create a complete photo catalog of the remaining pieces, organizing them into lots and writing detailed descriptions. Our experience ensures a compelling auction designed to maximize return, while we manage all communication with the auction house to keep the process smooth and minimally disruptive.
Auction
After you approve the catalog, the auction is promoted to our network of local buyers and goes live online for 10–12 days. We oversee the entire sale, coordinating with both the auction house and buyers. Pickup is scheduled two days after closing, and we arrange removal of unsold items, leaving the property clean and ready for its next stage.

A Board Certified Professional Organizer (CPO®), she combines over a decade of hands-on experience with specialized training in workplace productivity, brain-based conditions, and chronic disorganization. Drawing from a background in management, holistic wellness, and client coaching, Andrea takes a personalized, compassionate approach that empowers lasting transformation.

Tabatha Osborne
Raised in the South, Tabatha developed a deep appreciation for hospitality, nature, and sustainability, leading her to earn a degree in Environmental Science. After moving to San Francisco, she embraced the innovation and diversity of the West Coast while maintaining her Southern warmth and welcoming spirit. This blend of thoughtful sustainability, creativity, and genuine connection informs her approach to every project and client relationship.

We are trained and experienced in working in many different environments, and with individuals experiencing stress and loss. We are bound by the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professional’s Code of Ethics and have a trusted network of appraisers, haulers, cleaning services, non-profit charities, as well as our own disposal services.
